Background and Objective: Entrepreneurial bricolage in human resources transforms the human resources department into an "internal entrepreneur" and uses existing resources to transform constraints into an innovation engine to create sustainable value at low cost. The aim of this research is to design a conceptual model of entrepreneurial bricolage in human resources.
Methodology: The present research has interpretive philosophical foundations and an inductive and qualitative approach. The type of research is field research and uses grounded theory. Theoretical sampling was conducted through interviews with 15 human resources managers of small and medium-sized businesses in Sanandaj Industrial Park. Open coding categories were linked with axial coding and refined in selective coding to form a data theory. Validation was conducted through member review and triangulation, and reliability was confirmed by second-rater recoding (85% agreement coefficient).
Findings: The findings are designed in the form of a paradigmatic model including the central category, causal conditions, contextual factors, intervening conditions, interactive strategies, and consequences.
Conclusion: The presented model can provide guidance for strategic planning for managers of small and medium-sized businesses in Sanandaj so that they can benefit from its benefits.
