گونه‌شناسی و پیشایندهای رفتارهای انحرافی در محیط کار

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، گونه‌شناسی و پیشایندهای رفتارهای انحرافی در محیط کار بود. به منظور پاسخ به سؤال اصلی پژوهش از روش فراتحلیل استفاده شد. حوزه پژوهش، بررسی محدوده مرورها بر روی پایگاه‌های داده scopus و web of science انجام شد و 61 پژوهش منتشر شده از سال 2010 تا ژوئن 2023 در نظر گرفته شد. پیشایندهای رفتارهای انحرافی در محیط کار عبارتند از: سوء استفاده در محیط کار، بی‌نزاکتی در محیط کار ، طردشدگی در محیط کار، قلدری در محیط کار، آزار جنسی، سرپرستی توهین‌آمیز، رهبری مخرب، رهبری زهرآگین، رهبری خودکامه و طفره روی اینترنتی بود، این شواهد حاکی از توجه بیشتر به اشکال رفتار کاری انحرافی به جای سازمانی است. در مورد پیشایندها، نتایج نشان دهنده شیوع مداوم عوامل شخصیتی پیشینیان است و سه گونه رفتارهای انحرافی در محیط کار با عنوان‌های فردی، گروهی و سازمانی/ کاری شناسایی شد.رفتارهای انحرافی در محیط کار، رفتارهای کاری انحرافی، رفتارهای کاری معکوس، گونه شناسی، فرا تحلیل

چکیده [English]

The aim of the current research was the typology and antecedents of deviant behaviors in the workplace. In order to answer the main research question, meta-analysis method was used. The field of research, the scope of reviews was conducted on Scopus and Web of Science databases, and 61 published studies from 2010 to June 2023 were considered. The antecedents of deviant behaviors in the workplace are: abuse in the workplace, incivility in the workplace, rejection in the workplace, bullying in the workplace, sexual harassment, abusive supervision, destructive leadership, toxic leadership, autocratic leadership and avoiding the Internet. These evidences indicate more attention to forms of deviant work behavior instead of organizational ones. Regarding the antecedents, the results show the continuous prevalence of the personality factors of the predecessors, and three types of deviant behaviors were identified in the work environment with the titles of individual, group and organizational/workDeviant behaviors in the workplace, deviant work behaviors, reverse work behaviors, typology, meta-analysis
