The insurance industry has moved towards digital transformation and implementation of smart insurance in the last decade, influenced by the advances in new technologies. These developments have made the feasibility and successful deployment of smart insurance a key challenge. This research can be effective for insurance companies in the field of implementing smart insurance. This research aims to provide a comprehensive model for the feasibility and implementation of smart insurance in Dana Insurance Company, using the meta-synthesis method and then a community mean test. In the meta-synthesis section, the research community includes scientific articles related to smart insurance. A systematic search was conducted in reputable databases, and from among the initial 126 articles, after applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 56 final articles were selected and reviewed using open coding and qualitative content analysis. The findings led to the identification of 12 main categories: technology and smart tools, IT infrastructure, laws and regulations, culture and organizational changes, insurance processes, customer experience and services, risk assessment and loss prediction, inter-organizational collaboration and interactions, data analysis and decision-making, marketing and sales, strategic implementation factors, and insurance organizational factors. These categories highlight key challenges such as weak communication infrastructure, lack of specialized human resources, cultural resistance, and legal and regulatory barriers. In the quantitative section, a researcher-made questionnaire and a survey of 256 experts and managers of Dana Insurance Company in Sistan and Baluchestan and South Khorasan provinces were used randomly. In this section, the construct validity method was used to examine validity, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used in the reliability section. The results of this study provide a model that can be used as a guide for insurance companies to successfully establish smart insurance, especially in areas with infrastructure constraints.
