Background and Objective: Government employee training has always been a concern, attracting the attention of policymakers and those responsible for the development and improvement of organizational human resources. Based on the importance of this issue, the present article analyzes the various damages of government employees training. Research Methodology: The present research is considered an applied research in terms of its nature and has been carried out in a descriptive-analytical manner in terms of methodology. Data related to the research topic has been collected through library methods and survey studies, using the views of 94 people involved in the field of government employee training, with the aim of analyzing their attitudes and views in the field of weaknesses and challenges of government employees training in executive bodies.Findings: The results of this study, which have been calculated using LISREL and SPSS analytical software, while confirming the existence of obvious weaknesses in all three study areas, indicate that contextual factors have worse conditions than the other two factors in the field of training, empowerment and improvement of organizational human resources. Conclusion: A comparison of the average of the sub-indicators related to employee training (behavioral factors, structural factors and contextual factors) shows that the highest average (2.94) belongs to the sub-indicator of structural factors and the lowest average (2.19) belongs to the sub-indicator of contextual factors.
