The present study aimed to investigate the effect of incivility in the workplace on deviant behaviors in the workplace through the mediating role of the tendency to leave the job. The present study was applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive in terms of the method of collecting data, and was of the correlation type. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all faculty members of Shahrekord University and Islamic Azad University, Shahrekord Branch, totaling 570 people, of whom 330 people were selected as a sample through the Cochran formula through a stratified sampling method proportional to the volume.The research tools were the Workplace Incivility Questionnaire by Cortina et al. (2001), the Workplace Deviant Behavior Questionnaire by Bennett and Robinson (2000), and the Job Tendency Questionnaire by Lango and Mora (2011). The validity of the questionnaires was examined based on content, face, and construct validity, and after the necessary terms, the validity was confirmed. On the other hand, the reliability of the questionnaires was estimated by Cronbach's alpha method as 0.90, 0.92, and 0.90, respectively, and data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling.The findings showed that incivility in the workplace has a positive effect on deviant behaviors in the workplace, with an impact coefficient of 0.75, and the tendency to quit the job played a mediating variable in the relationship between incivility in the workplace and deviant behaviors in the workplace. The results also showed that the research variables in Islamic Azad University, Shahrekord Branch, are at a higher level than in Shahrekord State University
