Context and Purpose: Effective communication is the basis for the growth and development of the organization. The communication system plays an essential role in the growth of organizations. A favorable level of organizational communication between people can provide a platform for healthy and constructive interaction for human and organization excellence. What supports a manager in improving performance and achieving goals is effective communication in the most efficient and best way. The purpose of this research is to investigate the status of the organizational communication system in the post office of Borujerd city. Methodology: The current research is a descriptive survey type and it is practical in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the research is all staff working in the post office. The data was collected through a questionnaire. A self-made questionnaire was used to measure the research variables and its validity was checked and confirmed by experts. The standard Z variable method was used to analyze the data. Findings: According to the evidence and data analysis of the research, the main hypothesis was confirmed. Based on the findings of the research in the post office of Borujerd city, the organizational communication system is highly effective. Conclusion: In the post office of Borujerd city, the organizational communication system is desirable. When there is good communication in an organization, it is transparent and effective, and employees can communicate with each other easily and effectively, it facilitates cooperation, and finally, this cooperation can lead to the improvement of performance and creation of innovation in the organization.
