Abstract

Technological advances have significantly impacted human resource management, leading to more efficient processes, increased productivity, and improved employee experience. These changes include the automation of administrative tasks, the analysis of personnel data, and the use of online platforms for communication and collaboration. The purpose of this study is to examine the challenges that have arisen following technological advances in the field of human resource management in the School Renovation, Development, and Equipment Organization of the country. The present study is of an applied nature in terms of its purpose.In terms of the method of collecting data and information, it is a field research and a mixed implementation method (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population of this study was all elites and experts, specialists in the field of education. The purposeful sampling method was snowball sampling, and 15 people reached theoretical saturation. The statistical sample in the quantitative stage was 338 people from the 2763 total employees of the School Renovation, Development and Equipment Organization of the Country, based on the Cochran formula. A 65-question researcher-made questionnaire with a Likert scale was used to collect information, which was analyzed with structural equation tests using SPSS and Lisrel software. According to the results, 4 main dimensions of obstacles to technological progress in the field of human resource management in the School Renovation, Development and Equipment Organization of the Country (obstacles to policy and goal setting, lack of knowledge management, lack of structural reforms, security and financial issues and obstacles) were identified,
