Abstract
The main objective of the study is to study the effect of organizational justice and its components on job satisfaction among employees of government and non-government institutions. The research method is a meta-analysis between 2008 and 2014, and 145 documents were collected from the statistical population; after going through the screening stages, 92 documents entered the analysis phase. Accordingly, the results showed that the overall effect of organizational justice on job satisfaction was significant and the value of this relationship was equal to 46 percent; with the increase in organizational justice of employees in offices and organizations; job satisfaction also increases. Also, procedural justice (0.239); distributive justice (0.430) and transactional justice had a significant effect on improving job satisfaction. Finally, it should be said that all three dimensions are interconnected. To truly improve job satisfaction, the organization needs to pay attention to fair results, fair processes, and humane and respectful behaviors. Management and decision-making in the organization is fair, respectful, transparent and free from discrimination. This feeling is the foundation for the formation of job satisfaction. When employees consider the organization to be fair. In this case, they feel positive about their employer and their job and their internal motivation to work harder and organizational commitment increases. Human resources feel that their efforts are valued and appreciated and the work environment becomes predictable, reliable and ethical for them. As a result, job satisfaction, as an overall positive attitude towards the job, is strengthened in them.
