Abstract

However, organizational citizenship behavior has received much attention. However, contemporary researchers have done very little research from a religious perspective. This study tries to enrich the understanding of organizational citizenship behavior from the perspective of Islamic management, especially the application of piety (Islamic piety). It is an Islamic organization. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of how to collect descriptive correlational information. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all employees working in (Case study: Islamic Azad University of Isfahan (Khorasgan)) 660 people through the Cochran sampling formula 244 people as a sample through stratified sampling method appropriate to the volume were chosen. The research instruments were the standard questionnaire of Kamil Islamic Organizational Behavior (2014) and the standard questionnaire of Islamic piety of Omar et al. (2015). On the other hand, the reliability of the questionnaires was estimated by Cronbach's alpha method of 0.90 and 0.92, respectively, and the data were analyzed at the inferential level, including structural equation modeling.The results showed that the direct effect of Islamic spirituality on behavior Islamic organizational citizenship has a significant positive coefficient of this effect of 0.77 and also Islamic social responsibility on Islamic organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive positive coefficient of this effect of 0.88 and other Islamic principles may act as a prerequisites or factors for Islamic organizational citizenship behavior.
