		<Abstract>Context and Purpose: Today, the development of behavioral competencies of Generation Z employees in government organizations by aligning human capacities with the needs of work environments, pave the way for effective interaction, active participation, and continuous learning, and help increase behavioral coherence and organizational productivity; therefore, the purpose of this research was to identify and prioritize the strategic drivers of the development of behavioral competencies of Generation Z employees in government organizations with a futures research approach.&lt;br /&gt;Methodology: In terms of the method of conduct, the present research is based on structural interaction matrix analysis with a strategic futures research approach and in terms of its purpose, it is of a developmental-applied type. The statistical population of this research consists of 30 experts, including university professors and senior managers of government organizations in the country, using a targeted method. The data of this study were collected through semi-structured interviews and a qualitative questionnaire rated from zero to three according to the structural interaction matrix and analyzed with the Miqmac statistical software.&lt;br /&gt;Findings: The findings of this study showed that the strategic drivers of developing behavioral competencies of Generation Z employees in government organizations are observed to be the drivers of designing educational models appropriate to the diverse learning styles of employees, designing human resources policies and strategies appropriate to the characteristics of Generation Z, developing personal development programs appropriate to the behavioral and value needs of Generation Z, providing experience-based platforms and opportunities for developing skills and behavioral characteristics, and institutionalizing the foundations, norms, and principles of professional behavior in organizational culture as influential drivers (influence).</Abstract>
			<OtherAbstract Language="FA">زمینه و هدف: امروزه، توسعه شایستگی‌های رفتاری کارکنان نسل Z در سازمان‌های دولتی با همسو کردن ظرفیت‌های انسانی با نیازهای محیط‌های کاری، زمینه‌ساز تعامل مؤثر، مشارکت فعال و یادگیری مستمر می‌شوند و به افزایش انسجام رفتاری و بهره‌وری سازمانی کمک می‌کنند؛ لذا، هدف از انجام این پژوهش، شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی پیشران‌های راهبردی توسعه شایستگی‌های رفتاری کارکنان نسل Z در سازمان‌های دولتی با رهیافت آینده‌پژوهشی بود.&lt;br /&gt;روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر روش انجام، بر پایه تحلیل ماتریس اثرات متقابل ساختاری با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهشی راهبردی و از نظر هدف، از نوع توسعه‌ای-کاربردی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش از 30 نفر از خبرگان شامل اساتید دانشگاهی و مدیران عالی سازمان‌های دولتی غیردولتی کشور به روش هدفمند تشکیل شده است. داده‌های این پژوهش از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه کیفی امتیازدهی از صفر تا سه طبق ماتریس اثرات متقابل ساختاری جمع‌آوری شده و با نرم‌افزار آماری میک‌مک تجزیه و تحلیل شده‌اند.&lt;br /&gt;یافته‌ها: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که پیشران‌های راهبردی توسعه شایستگی‌های رفتاری کارکنان نسل Z در سازمان‌های دولتی، مشاهده شد که پیشران‌های طراحی مدل‌های آموزشی متناسب با سبک‌های متنوع یادگیری کارکنان، طراحی سیاست‌ها و استراتژی‌های منابع انسانی متناسب با ویژگی‌های نسل زد، تدوین برنامه‌های توسعه فردی متناسب با نیازهای رفتاری و ارزشی نسل زد، فراهم‌سازی بسترها و فرصت‌های تجربه‌محور جهت توسعه مهارت‌ها و ویژگی‌های رفتاری، نهادینه‌سازی مبانی، هنجارها و اصول رفتار حرفه‌ای در فرهنگ سازمانی به عنوان پیشران‌های تأثیرگذار (نفوذ) هستند.</OtherAbstract>
